How to make a confidential tip-off

If you are a supplier of agri-food products or you are an employee (or former employee) of a business that purchases such products and you have information that might be of interest to An Rialálaí Agraibhia (Agri-Food Regulator), you can anonymously make that information available to the Regulator about a business that you think may have breached the UT Regulations.

Please provide details in confidence to the Regulator here through our secure online tip-off form.  Please note the form can be accessed on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox web browsers.

You should be aware that, as tip-off information is provided anonymously, it may not lead to an investigation as the principles of natural justice and procedural fairness need to be upheld. Providing documentary evidence to support the information provided will make it more likely that the Agri-Food Regulator can take appropriate action.
