Strategy Statement
The Agri-Food Regulator’s strategy statement covers a three year period and sets out the organisation’s vision, mission, values and objectives during the period.
Annual Reports
The Agri-Food Regulator submits an annual report to the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine. These reports outline the organisation’s activities, including enforcement of the unfair trading regulations and the work of the price and market data analysis unit.

The Agri-Food Regulator’s annual financial statements are the formal, audited reports documenting the organisation's financial activities.
Primary Producer Surveys
The Agri-Food Regulator’s annual survey of primary producers (farmers, fishers and growers) aims to measure awareness and understanding of the Agri-Food Regulator’s role, particularly in respect of enforcement of the unfair trading regulations. The survvey provides an opportunity for respondents to report any incidence of an unfair trading practice (UTP) that they may have experienced with a buyer of their agri-food produce in the past 12 months.
Supplier Surveys
The Agri-Food Regulator’s annual survey of suppliers of agri-food products (all food products, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, plants, and flowers) about their experiences of trading with eight specific buyers in the retail and wholesale market in the past 12 months.
